I've had online coaching for just over 12 months, with a focus on reducing body fat and gaining strength and in that time I've been really pleased with the results having lost 16kg whilst maintaining muscle mass. 

The training is always challenging and keeps me progressing, and the nutritional advice has been invaluable. We keep in regular contact to review progress and get feedback on training videos, which means I have a far better technique (and probably less injuries) than if I was just doing my own training.
