Bench only comp. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both male and female category. Winners will be determined by Wilks formula.
This is an unsanctioned powerlifting event so no membership or singlet required to compete.

Required to compete at the event - all ticket sales go to charity. *We are asking people to pay by bank transfer (select manual payment at checkout) so we can give 100% of the entry fee to our chosen charity. If you pay by card then we will incur processing fees.*
