Deadlift only comp. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both male and female category.Â
Winners will be determined by Wilks formula.
This is a sanctioned powerlifting event through WRPF so you will be required to wear a singlet (no WRPF membership is required, unless you intend to break a WRPF British Record).
Rules/kit:
Singlet and knee length socks required
Deadlift - deadlift bar
No straps or hitching allowed
The competition will be run to WRPF commands
Weigh ins 8am-9am / Lift off 11am
