Deadlift only comp. Prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in both male and female category.
Winners will be determined by Wilks formula.
This is an unsanctioned powerlifting event so no membership or singlet required to compete.
Rules/kit:
Deadlift - deadlift bar (knee length socks required)
No straps or hitching allowed
The competition will be run to GPC commands
Weigh ins 8am-9am / Lift off 11am
