No membership or powerlifting specific kit required.

Prizes for top 3 male and female lifters

Rules/kit:

Squat - monolift and squat bar - can be walked out (knee sleeves or 2.5m knee wraps allowed)

Bench - power bar

Deadlift - deadlift bar (knee length socks required)

The competition will be run to GPC commands

Weigh ins 8am-9am / Lift off 11am
